HOW TO ORDER

At Cardinal Woods we want to make ordering simple for our customers and to provide you as many ordering options as possible. That's why you can order in so many different ways from us. Check out the following ways to order, the choice is yours.

ORDERING ONLINE

It's easy to order online from Cardinal Woods. Simply click on the "Products" button at the left side of each page to go to our complete listing of products.  Each product page will have photos, descriptions and prices of our products which you can add to the shopping cart.  Remember, you can change the quantity ordered on the shopping cart by changing the quantity and clicking on the "Recalculate" button.  Enter a "0" and hit recalculate to delete any items from your shopping cart.  At any time, you can click on the "Shopping Cart" button at the left side of each page to give you a current view of your shopping cart. You can "check out" any time you are viewing the shopping cart. If you want to check out and are not on the shopping cart page, simply click on the "Shopping Cart" button and then you can check out.

When you "check out", you will be asked to provide information so that we can receive, process and ship your order. If you are paying by credit card, you will be connected to a Secure Server before entering your credit card information.

ORDERING BY PHONE

To order by telephone, simply call our toll-free ordering number which is listed at the bottom of every page of our website. Our office hours are 9:30 am - 4:30 pm (Eastern Time), Monday - Friday. There may be occasions when you will get our voice mail. If you do, simply leave a name and phone number and we will return your call as soon as possible. If you wish, please leave a time when you would like to be called back.

When ordering by phone, please have available the item number, item description and the quantity of each item you would like to order.  Our toll-free order number is 1.800.407.5090.

ORDERING BY MAIL

You may prefer to order by mail. If you do, simply print out our order form and mail it to us. Our address is listed at the bottom of all of our web pages and is included on our printable form.
